Why does the problem of “unequal blades” exist?
We analyze it through the figure below, for example, cutting a block of blocks with a cone angle of a degrees and a blade height of H.
If the cutting order must first cut the cone, cut the belt of the on-board, that is to say the room which is just after the cone cut. Then, the balance of the materials which can be cut during the cutting of the straight parts is the tan (a) * h, which can be seen from this formula:

How to solve the problem of the “unequal blade belt”?
To reduce the degree of unequal blade belts, the only way to improve cutting precision is to improve the dimensional precision of the slice tape and the belt to the right blade. Cut several times to reduce the size error, thus reducing the amount of unequal blades.
If the cone of the cutting part is large, it can be seen from the above formula that the unequal blade belt caused by the error in the direction of the dimension will be considerably reduced. Blade belt, try to increase it as much as possible. For rounded small corners, an overcoucation can occur due to a wide cone angle and cannot be treated.
If the angle of the cone is small, in order to ensure the precision of cutting the blade belt, the right side must be cut first, then the coastal part must be cut.
