The roughness of the inner hole is not good

reason

Cutting speed is too high.

The selection of cutting fluid is not appropriate.

The main corner of the hinge tool is too large and the hinge blade mouth is not on the same circle.

The balance of Re-REP holes is too large, the amount of reef is uneven or too small, and the local surface area is not articulated.

The reef cutting part is extremely different, the blade is not sharp and the surface is rough.

The hinged cutting blade is too wide.

The flow is not smooth during reheats.

The hinge hit the wound and the blade had a burr or bail.

There is a dandruff tumor.
