Common ways of installing linear guides are:

The linear guide rails can withstand loads in the up, down, left and right directions, so the linear guide rails can be configured according to the structure of the machine and the direction of the workload.

Installation of slides and sliding blocks:

Installation of slides:

The first choice is to ask the installation master to wear new gloves and clean up the burrs, bumps and dirt on the installation reference surface. Then carefully install the slide onto the bed and tighten the cap screws to firmly connect the slide to the installation surface. (Note: The reference surface of the lathe must be in contact with the marked side of the slide).

Then tighten the slider positioning screws to tightly connect the slider and the steering mounting surface. Then use a torque wrench to tighten the cap screws in order starting from the center towards the ends. Finally, push the special dust cover for the guide rail into the mounting screw hole little by little until it is on the same plane as the top of the sliding rail.

Installing the slider

The machine tool installation master should first put on new gloves, then slowly install the workbench on the slider and tighten the screws informally. (Use the positioning screw to contact the reference side of the slider with the reference surface on the side of the workbench to position the workbench). Finally, the assembly screws to formally lock the reference side and the passive side are installed.

Note: Tighten the cap screws in the order indicated by the diagonal lines to secure the workbench more balanced. This method does not take much time to determine the straightness of the sliding rail and does not require processing of positioning pins for fixing. Therefore, installation time can be significantly reduced.
