In the last issue, we presented in detail the hardware path of the reverse truck. In this issue, ASCA electrical engineer Li Jiaqi will continue to lead everyone to have a deep understanding of reverse truck. ASCA inverted truck system from the three aspects of CNC system, electrical box and cables.
01CNC system
ASCA reverse lathe CNC system is equipped with two specifications. Customers can choose Siemens SINUMERIK 828D and SINUMERIK 840Dsl systems according to their own parts processing needs. Among them, Siemens 828D CNC system has the characteristics of low economic cost, high CNC performance and simple debugging. If customers have higher performance requirements, they can upgrade to the 840Dsl system. Its dual-channel system function can further compress the processing cycle and make time effective. Additionally, in order to ensure safe production, the inverted vehicle is also equipped with an additional Siemens integrated safety module to ensure the operator’s personal safety as much as possible.
02electrical box
The ASCA vehicle inverted electrical box is fully assembled and supplied by our partner “Mecano”. The main electrical components are all internationally renowned brands, and their stability and reliability meet international standards. Among them, the air conditioner, contactor and push button come from Siemens, the relays come from Wako and Phoenix, the regulated power supply comes from Purse, the transformer comes from Moore, the air conditioner of the electrical box comes from Pfannenberg, the door from security the lock comes from EUCHNER and the terminal block comes from Wei DeMille. The selection of electrical components for the reverse car can ensure the safe and stable operation of the electrical system.
03cable
All ASCA inverted trolleys use igus brand cables. The cables are cut, numbered and cold pressed by igus before being sent to the assembly site. Professional electricians then carry out threading, wiring and other work. This guarantees maximum consistency of assembly on site.
