When a vibrating knife occurs, the vibrations of the tool, the part and the turn often cause hard noise inside the factory, and its amplitude is more than dozens of microns on one side, And sometimes it is as high as more than 100 microns. Basic methods

1. Forced vibration

It is a forced vibration caused by a cut or intermittent vibrations caused by defective rotary pieces.

Countermeasures to remove vibration knives

2. Adjust the cutting speed to avoid resonance.

3. Reduce the working weight of the part which causes vibrations, and the more small inertia, the better.

4. Attach or tighten the places with the largest vibration, such as the central frame, the winning carrier, etc.

5. Improve the rigidity of the treatment system, such as using a tool holder with a higher elastic coefficient or the use of special shock resistance with a dynamic shock absorber to absorb impact energy.

6. Work hard from the blade and the direction of the rotation of work (the work pushes the tool down while increasing the stability of the tool).

7. Modify the appearance and input angle of the tool, for example: the smaller the nose department, the better, to reduce cutting resistance. The roller angle must be positive to bring the steering of perpendicular cut closer. The angle of tilt of the back is preferably positive, but the capacity to remove the fleas is relatively mediocre.

8. The smaller the guidance angle, the better, it is better to be zero.
