During the machining process of the CNC machining center, the reasonable selection of the positioning reference determines the quality of the part, which has a great impact on the guarantee of dimensional accuracy and the precision of the mutual position of the mutual position of Documents, as well as the layout of processing controls between parts of the parts. Therefore, the choice of positioning reference is a very important process problem. So when you use CNC Machining Center to treat the parts, how do we choose the positioning reference? Here is a brief introduction:

1. The selected reference must be able to ensure precise positioning of the part, easy load and unloading of the part, a positioning quickly and a tightening of the part, a reliable tightening and a simple tightening structure.

2. The calculation of the reference selected by the CNC machining center and the dimensions of each treatment part are simple, and the calculation of the dimension chain must be minimized, and the calculation links and the calculation errors must be avoided or reduced.

3. Ensure the precision of all treatment elements. When determining the positioning reference of a part, the following principles must be followed:

1) The origin of the coordinate system of the part, that is to say the “programmed zero point” and the positioning reference of the part does not necessarily overlap, but there must be a geometric relationship defined between both. The main considerations of selecting the part of the part coordinate system are intended for easy programming and measurement. For parts with large precision requirements, when determining the positioning reference, examine whether the origin of the CNC machining center coordinates can be measured with the positioning reference.

2) When you treat both the reference and treatment of each station on the CNC machining center, the selection of its positioning reference must consider completing as much treatment content as possible. To this end, it is necessary to consider a positioning method which facilitates the treatment of each surface.

3) Try to select the design reference on parts as a positioning reference. This requires that when approximate, consider how to treat the surfaces of the fine reference, that is to say that the positioning references used in the CNC machining center should be completed in ordinary or other machine tools Previous machine tools, so that it is easy to make sure that each work is the precision relationship between bits treatment areas.

4) When the positioning reference and the design reference of CNC machining centers are difficult to coincide, assembly drawings must be carefully analyzed to determine the design reference function. The position tolerance between the positioning reference and the design reference must be strictly specified.

5) When the treatment of the station, including design references, cannot be completed simultaneously on the CNC machining center, try to ride the positioning reference point with the design reference index. At the same time, it is also necessary to consider that after having used this reference positioning, the machining of all the key precision parts can be finished in a single tightening.
