How is the treatment center facing the knife?

1. Return to zero (return to the origin point of the machine tool)

In modern cutting technology, the stability and precision of the tool have strict requirements. The advantages of knife passivation are:

During the cutting process, the tool surface will gradually be consumed by the workpiece. Tool passivation can help the tool improve rigidity and prevent the cutting performance of the cutting tool prematurely.

2. Keep the room soft

The blade of the knife and the blade may cause the knife to wear out, and the surface of the processing workpiece will become rough. After passivation, the tool blade mouth will become smooth, the phenomenon of collapse will also be reduced accordingly, and the smoothness of the workpiece surface will also increase.

3. Convenient Groove Crops

Tool groove polishing treatment can improve surface quality and crumbs. After passivation and polishing, the surface of the processing center leaves many small holes on the surface.

How does the processing center reduce the rough surface rough part?

Rough surface of parts is one of the common problems of CNC processing center, which directly reflects the processing quality. How to control the surface roughness of workpiece processing, we must first analyze the reasons why the surface roughness is first, including: knife marks caused by the grinding process; Processing surface between friction.

When the surface roughness of the workpiece is selected, it should meet the requirements of the surface function of the workpieces, but also consider economic rationality. Under the premise of satisfying the cutting function, the reference value of large surface roughness should be selected as much as possible to reduce production costs. The executor of the tool as the cutting processing center should pay attention to daily maintenance and grind in time to wholeheartedly avoid the surface roughness caused by the tool too dull.

What should I do after the treatment center?

The processing center processing process is pretty much the same in general.

1. Cleaning, the processing center should remove the chips and wipe the machine god in time after completing the cutting task, and use the machine tool and the environment to keep it clean.

2. Check and replace the accessories, first pay attention to the oil card on the guide rail. Check the condition of the lubricating oil and coolant.

3. The shutdown program should be standardized, and the power supply and total power supply of the machine tool operation panel should be turned off in turn. Under conditions without special circumstances and special requirements, the principles of manual, dynamic and automatic return should be followed. The processing center should have low speed first, medium speed, then high speed. Low speed and medium speed running time cannot start working after any abnormal situation without abnormal conditions.

4. Standardize operations. Safety assurance and protection devices on machine tools shall not be arbitrarily dismantled and moved. The most effective treatment is safe treatment. .
