The cost of a machine tool ranges from hundreds of thousands to several millions. Once water enters and is not treated in time, it is very likely that its functionality will be removed. Therefore, if water enters, the following treatments should be carried out as soon as possible. possible:

1. Electrical part

1. Turn off all power supplies immediately to avoid electric shock and fault expansion.

2. Dismantle all hardened electrical equipment, including CNC systems, drives, motors, transformers, connection cables, machine tool electrical components (including travel switches), main motors of the machine tool, encoders and other parts and components that need to be energized. Carefully check circuits, system interfaces and other parts (rewiring as much as possible) to avoid short circuit faults. Clean the electrical cabinet components and allow them to air dry for at least 5 days before applying power.

3. If the components have been soaked in cloudy water, the housing should be disassembled and rinsed with clean water.

4. Drain water from components and other parts that have entered water and place wet components and parts in an oven to dry (with a temperature-controlled oven) until completely dry .

5. After completing the above points, you can let professionals reinstall the inspected and normally powered components into the machine tool and carry out joint debugging and running-in. If there is no problem, you can use it normally.

2. Mechanical part

1. Clean the machine tool and various components. Be sure to rinse off any remaining sediment. If necessary, disassemble, clean and dry completely.

2. After drying, it should be fully lubricated with oil to avoid rust and affect accuracy;

3. Detect the screw and bearings and test the machine tool oil to ensure that the screw bearings are fully lubricated.

3. Hydraulic part

1. The engine oil pump cannot be turned on, because moisture entering the hydraulic oil after starting the engine may enter the hydraulic pipeline system of the machine, causing corrosion of metal hydraulic components;

2. Replace all hydraulic oil. Before changing the oil, wipe the reservoir with washing oil and a clean cotton cloth.
