1. Two main categories according to the cone of the main axis

The cone of the spindle of the treatment center is generally divided into two categories:

1) SK Universal Knife Handle with a cone of 7: 24

2) Handle of HSK vacuum knife with a cone of 1: 10

7: 24 Referred to the knife handle cones with 7: 24, which is a surface positioning of the separate cone. The surface of the cone must play two important role at the same time, that is to say the precise positioning of the handle compared to the main axis and the implementation of the handle.

5) DIN 69871 (called JT, DIN, DAT or DV)

Tightening method:

The NT knife handle is tightened through the traditional machine path.

Universal:

1) At present, the most used in China are the two types of DIN 69871 (that is to say JT) and the type of Japanese mas;

2) The Handle of the DIN type 69871 can also be installed on the machine-tin machine of the Ansi / ASME pin spindle;

3) The IS0 7388/1 international knife handle can also be installed on the DIN machine-tool 69871, the Pores de Braquer d’Ansi/ASME, therefore in terms of universality, the handle of the IS0 7388/1 knife handle is The best.

The maximum difference between type A and the type:

1) Type A has a transmission location and there is no type E. So, relatively speaking, the type A transmission torque is large, and it can be reduced for relatively. The type E type E type E is relatively small and can only be cut with a light cut.

2) In addition to the transmission slit on the type A handle, there are manual fixing holes and steering grooves, so the balance is relatively mediocre. There is no type E, so the type E is more suitable for high speed treatment. The type E mechanism is completely consistent. In other words, the diameter of the F63 and F63 is φ63, but the size of the cone of the F63 is the same as the size of the E50. Consequently, compared to E63, the speed of F63 will be faster (the main axis bearing is small).

Heating handle
