01 Cup tool

06 Machine-Tool
The state of machine tools can have a greater impact on the trend of grinding and vibrations. The wear of the pin shaft or wear of the power agency will result in poor treatment performance. Choose the treatment strategy and cutting force carefully to fully use the stability of the tool-tool.
The main axis of each machine tool has unstable areas that are easy to vibrate. The stable cutting area is described by the stability diagram and increases with the increase in speed. Even as low as 50 rpm, the increase in speed can make the cutting process to move from the unstable state of the vibration to a stable state.
07 POX AND ACCESSORIES
When crushing the walls / fine rooms with a base and / or a luminaire, consider the following points:
1) The lighting must be close to the workbench machine.
2) Optimize the tool path and the power direction with the highest resistance of the tool-tool / luminaire to obtain the most stable cutting conditions.
3) Avoid treatment in the direction where the part is not fully supported.
4) When the rigidity of the luminaire and / or the room in a specific direction is bad, the inversion can reduce the trend of vibrations.
