I believe that when CNC treatment encountered a tap break, the quality of the product is not qualified.

1. The quality of the tap is not good

Main materials, design of CNC knives, heat treatment, treatment accuracy, coating quality, etc. For example, the difference in size between the transition from the TAP section is too large or the transition corner is not designed to cause a constraint concentration.
