This can range from broken arms and legs to death. In fact, these accidents can be completely avoided, because they are due to a moment of negligence that led to irreparable consequences. This is why players in the mechanical processing industry must pay particular attention to personal safety. Today, the editor has collected some knowledge about the safety of mechanical processing. 1. What safety requirements should the machine tool equipment control system meet?

1. Easy to use, reduces back and forth and avoids unnecessary bending and tiptoeing.

2. Positioning is precise and reliable, avoiding malfunctions caused by slight vibrations.

3. The direction of movement of the functional parts of the machine tool equipment and the direction of movement of the operated parts must comply with the regulations and be marked with simple symbols.

4. Install necessary interlocking mechanisms to prevent uncoordinated movement of operating parts and uncoordinated accidents when multiple people are operating.

5. The structure and arrangement of handles, steering wheels and buttons must comply with regulations. The start button must be installed in the housing or equipped with a protective ring to prevent accidental activation. The handwheel and handle installed on the shaft will rotate with the axle during automatic feeding, so an automatic ejection device must be installed.

2. What are the safety measures to prevent fleas from harming the human body?

1. According to the properties of the processed material, change the tool angle or add a chip breaking device, select a suitable feeding quantity, break the strip-shaped chips into small pieces of rolled or block chips and remove them.

2. Install a chip conveyor on the tool, or install a guard or baffle on the machine tool to control the chip flow and avoid injury to people.

3. For high-speed cutting of cast iron, copper and aluminum materials, in addition to installing guards and baffles on the machine tool, the operator should wear protective glasses.

4. Use tools to quickly remove iron filings from machine tools and workplaces to avoid hand and foot injuries. Do not pick up iron filings with your hands.

3. What safety issues should be paid attention to when processing deformed and eccentric parts?

When processing deformed and eccentric workpieces, faceplate clamping is generally used to fix the workpiece. Therefore, first of all, be sure to install the card correctly. The claws and the pressure plate must not exceed the diameter of the facade. It is best to install a protective cover. Second, pay attention to the counterweight of the eccentric parts. The distribution is important and appropriate. The gap between the inner diameter of the counterweight hole and the diameter of the screw should be small. The rotating speed of the machine tool should not be too high to avoid centrifugal force moving the counterweight outward during rotation, colliding with the guide rail of the machine tool, break the screws and injure the operator.

4. What four safety devices are equipped with machine tools and what are their functions?

1. The protective device is used to isolate the operator from rotating parts, live parts of the machine and equipment, as well as harmful substances generated during processing. Such as belt covers, gear covers, electrical covers, iron filings baffles, protective guardrails, etc.

2. The safety device is used to improve the operating reliability of machine tool equipment. When a component fails or is overloaded, the safety device operates to quickly shut down the equipment or switch to no-load operation. Such as stroke limiter, friction clutch, etc.

3. The interlocking device is used to control the operation sequence of machine tool equipment to avoid accidents caused by uncoordinated movements. If the lathe screw and polished rod cannot move at the same time, electrical or mechanical locking devices should be installed for control.

4. The signaling device is used to indicate the working status of machines and equipment, or when machines and equipment operate abnormally, it will send color, sound and other signals to remind the operator to take emergency measures. Such as indicator lights, buzzers, bells, etc.

5. What safety issues should be paid attention to when using machine tools?

1. Wear work clothes, tie cuffs and a work cap before working.

2. Carefully check whether all equipment parts and safety devices such as protective covers, limit blocks and safety screws are intact and effective.

3. The equipment must be firmly and effectively grounded to zero and the local lighting must be 36 V.

4. Before work, add oil and lubrication to each oil hole and perform an idle test to confirm that there are no defects before working.

5. When the machine tool is running, it is not allowed to check the surface condition of the workpiece and measure the size of the workpiece by hand.

6. When installing the parts, the wrench must meet the requirements, and no housing should be added to increase the tightening torque of the nut.

7. Do not use your hands to roll emery cloth to polish rotating parts.

8. For eccentric parts rotating at high speed or deformed parts, a counterweight should be added, a balance test should be carried out, and a protective cover should be added to the protruding parts.

9. When replacing gears or loading and unloading devices, the power supply must be cut off and the machine must be stopped before continuing.

10. Before the tool automatically feeds, adjust and tighten the stroke limiter and remove the feed gun.

11. When leaving work, place the various power handles of the tool in the neutral position, turn down the switch, then wipe and clean the machine tool.
