Effect of vibrations on bearings
In daily use, vibrations are quite sensitive to rolling damage, and coat, indentation, rust, cracks, wear, etc. will reflect to the extent of rolling vibrations. Consequently, the amplitude of the vibration can be measured using a special tread vibration measurement device (frequency analyzer, etc.), and the specific situation of the anomaly can be deducted by frequency distribution. The measured values vary according to the conditions of the rolling or the installation position of the sensor, so that the measurement values of each machine must be analyzed and compared in advance before determining the judgment criteria.

Temperature effect on bearings
High temperatures often indicate that the bearing is in an abnormal condition. High temperatures are also harmful to lubricants of the bearings. Sometimes overheating of the bearings can be attributed to the bearing lubricant. If the bearing is transferred for a long period to a temperature above 125 ℃, the rolling life will be reduced. The reasons for high temperature bearings include: insufficient lubrication or excessive lubrication, a lubricant. It contains impurities, excessive load, damaged bearings, insufficient release and high friction caused by oil seals, etc.
The increase in temperature is likely to occur when using bearings. When the rolling temperature increases, determine first if it works badly.
1. Check if the cooling water pressure, water flow and pipeline system are normal. If the water pressure is low, the filter may be blocked and cannot be treated in time, the machine can be closed and commissioned when confirmed that it can work.
2. The oil regulator oil pressure should be checked.
3. Check if there are abnormal sounds in the bearing and check if there are anomalies in the rolling swing.
4. Take the oil sample to observe if the oil color has changed and perform a laboratory test to see if it is deteriorated. If the deterioration is confirmed, the machine must be closed and replaced by new oil.
5. Check if the oil level in the oil stallion is normal. If it is closely closed, the oil should be added.
Consequently, continuous surveillance of the temperature of the rolling is necessary, whether it is the measurement of the bearing itself or other important parts. If the operating conditions remain unchanged, any temperature change may indicate that a breakdown has occurred.
A periodic measurement of the temperature of the bearings can be obtained by means of a thermometer, such as a digital thermometer, which can precisely measure the temperature of the bearings and display it in units depending on the temperature ° C or Fahrenheit. Significant bearings mean that when damaged, they will stop the equipment.
