In order to extend the lifespan of the Servo system, the following problems should be ready for use during use. For the environment for the use of the system, five elements: temperature, humidity, dust, vibrations and input voltage must be taken into account. Regularly clean the heat dissipation and ventilation system of the CNC device. It is necessary to check whether the cooling fans on the CNC device operate normally. It must be inspected and cleaned every six months or quarterly depending on the environment of the workshop. When the CNC machine is inactive for a long time, the CNC system must also be kept regularly.
First of all, the CNC system must be put in place frequently, and the tool-tool must be locked and run without loading. A Servo service is a controller used to control a servomotor. Generally, the servomotor is controlled by three methods: position, speed and torque to obtain a positioning of high precision transmission system.
So how to test and repair the Servo service? Here are some methods:
1. When the oscilloscope checks the current pilot surveillance output, it is found that everything is noise and cannot be read.
Cause of the defect: the current surveillance output end is not isolated from the CA power supply (transformer).
2. The engine works faster than the other in one direction
Cause of the fault: the phase -free engine phase is wrong. Treatment method: detect or find the right phase.
Cause of failure: when it is not used for tests, the test / deviation switch is turned in the test position. Treatment method: Turn the test / deviation switch in the deviation position.
Cause of the fault: the deviation potentiometer is incorrect. Treatment method: Reset.

Failure cause: When feedback from the speed of encoder, the power supply of the encoder loses energy.
Treatment method: Check the connection of the 5V coder supply. Make sure the power supply can provide sufficient current. If you use an external power supply, make sure that the tension is reported to the driver.
4. LED light is green, but the engine does not move.
Cause of failure: the engine in one or more directions is prohibited to operate.
How to manage: Check ports + inhibit and hibity.
Cause of the defect: the control signal is not reported to the pilot.
Processing method: Connect the mass signal mass and the driver’s signal mass.
5. After switching on, the LED light of the driver does not light up
Failure cause: The supply voltage is too low, lower than the minimum voltage value requirement.
Treatment method: Check and increase the supply voltage.
6. When the engine runs, LED light flashes
Cause of failure: Hall phase error.
Treatment method: Check if the engine phase adjustment switch (60� / 120�) is correct. Most of the broom engines have a difference of 120.
Cause of failure: Room sensor failure
Treatment method: detect hall voltage A, Hall B, Hall C When the engine runs. The voltage value must be between 5VDC and 0.
7. LED light is always red.
Treatment method: cause: overvoltage, sub-tension, short-circuit, overheating, driver’s ban, disabled hall.
