This design is not only compact in structure, but also has strong rigidity and good impact resistance. . The inclined guide lathe bed is equipped with a linear inclined rail. This guide rail allows the tool carrier to move smoothly on the track, avoiding the problems of insufficient tensile strength and poor rigidity of ordinary linear guide rails.

1. Keep it clean:
After each working day, turn off the power supply and clean all surfaces of the lathe, each cover, each surface of the guide rail, lead screw, light rod, etc. to ensure that there is no oil stain or iron filings, to keep the lathe surface clean. Special attention is required to clean and lubricate the bed guide surface and the intermediate guide surface weekly. When the CNC lathe has worked for 500 hours, it needs to carry out first-level maintenance, which is mainly carried out by operators and with the cooperation of maintenance personnel. The power must first be turned off during maintenance.
2. Lubrication maintenance:
Before the CNC lathe can operate daily, the machine tool must be lubricated and the oil stains must be cleaned. The lubrication components mainly include the main shaft, transmission gears and lubrication points of each transmission guide rail. When refueling, special lubricating oil or other types of lubricating oil should be used, and the refueling quantity should be controlled according to needs. For sliding guide rails, lubricating oil is used; For rolling guide rails, lubricating oil or grease can be used.
3. Check the fixings:
During operation of the machine tool, fasteners may become loose due to factors such as vibration and shock. Therefore, machine tool fasteners, such as bolts, nuts, etc., should be checked regularly to ensure that they are tightened reliably. Loose fasteners should be tightened in time to avoid greater breakdowns of the machine tool.
4. Check the hydraulic system and electrical system:
In addition to the above measures, the hydraulic system and electrical system of the machine tool should also be inspected and maintained regularly. The normal operation of these systems has a significant impact on the processing efficiency and quality of machine tools. For electronic control system repair and maintenance needs, it is recommended to contact the CNC lathe manufacturer or professionally trained technicians for adjustment.
5. Avoid overuse and long parking periods:
The inclined guide lathe is a high-precision processing equipment. Long-term continuous use can easily lead to wear and failure of the lathe. Therefore, when using, the usage time should be reasonably arranged to avoid long-term continuous use. Generally speaking, it should be used for about 8 hours a day to ensure that the lathe has sufficient rest time and reduce the risk of wear and breakdown. At the same time, prolonged parking will cause corrosion and deformation of some parts, thereby affecting the normal operation of the lathe. If the lathe needs to be parked for a long time, some measures should be taken to protect the lathe, such as regular starting, regular inspection, etc.
