1. Pitch and tools
(1) appearance of the room
1) External circular delay of thin trees. Generally, the distance between the cutting point and the tightening point is easy to vibrate the tool if the appearance ratio exceeds 3, you can therefore consider modifying the process;
2) External circular turning room of parts with thin walls;
3) The boxes in the shape of a box (such as the structural parts welded in sheet metal);
4) Cutting super hard materials.
(2) Cause of the tool
1) Use molding blades to make a forming shooting;
2) The angle of the tool is in particular the main deviation angle, the rear angle, the front angle, etc.;
3) The sharpness of the blade;
4) Is the radius of the tip arc too large?
5) If the cutting parameters are appropriate.
First, we must eliminate the problem of the tool, first check the rigidity of the filming tool itself, and if it is not tight? Is it extended for too long? Is the joint uneven? Check if the rotation tool (boredom tool) is carried? Is the rounded corner rounded with a knife or the light cleaning blade too wide? Is the rear corner of the turn tool too small? Let’s see if you use a 90 -degree knife or a 45 -degree knife now, try to change it.
In addition, the small quantity of the knife (food) can also be a cause of trembling models, which can be slightly adjusted and increased. You can adjust the speed, the single cutting depth and the quantity of power to eliminate the resonance point.
2. Check the reasons for the tool machine and the installation parts of the card
1) Find out if your upper body is too long and if the bearing is good. There is a flat tread combination inside. I really doubt that you can use the dead top to replace it, pay attention to the butter lubrication of the central hole;
2) Discover the tightening condition of your tail frame top and if the left and right, upper and lower parts are different from the machine-tool spindle in the clamping conditions;
3) Tighten the large medium and small drag cards, in particular the medium drag boards;
4) If this is the tail frame of the tool machine, you cannot check it for the moment (points 1 and 2, you need an adjustment foundation), you can try to move the knife of The end of the pliers with a tail. The inverted car can eliminate the weak strength from the rear end to the greatest extent;
5) If there is still a situation in step 4, you must check the pin. The four seizures are manually adjusted, so it is not necessary to check them.
3. Adopt other countermeasures to remove vibrations
If your main rolling shell is really tight, the room is not covered in thin or too overturned walls, there is no problem with the chuck tightening. Use other countermeasures to delete vibration knives. Currently, there are more specific and practical methods used in treatment sites:
1) Reduce the work weight of the part which causes vibrations, the smaller the inertia, the better;
2) Attach or tighten the places with the largest vibration, such as the central frame, the winning carrier, etc.;
3) Improve the rigidity of the processing system, such as using a tool support with a higher elastic coefficient or the use of special shock resistance with dynamic shock absorbers to absorb impact energy ;
4) Work hard from the blade and the direction of the rotation of work;
5) Modify the angle of appearance and input of the tool, and the smaller the nose radius of the tool, the better, to reduce cutting resistance. The roller angle must be positive to bring the steering of perpendicular cut closer. The angle of tilt of the back is preferably positive, but the capacity to remove the fleas is relatively mediocre.
