Carbon arc cutting
A cutting method that uses heat from the carbon arc to partially melt metal and blows the molten metal using a stream of compressed air to form channels or slots. It is mainly suitable for beveling various metal solder joints, cleaning and grooving back cover welds, and eliminating solder defects in welds. It can also be used to cut non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
MIG arc cutting
The cutting process uses the heat of the gas-shielded arc of the melting electrode to partially melt the metal and blows the molten metal with the flow of the shielding gas to form a slot. Mainly suitable for underwater metal cutting and also used for seam grooving
plasma arc cutting
This cutting method uses the high temperature of the plasma arc to locally melt the metal, and uses the momentum of the high-speed plasma flame to remove the molten metal, thereby forming a kerf. Suitable for cutting all metallic materials and some non-metallic materials
