A single plant goes quiet
One lockdown, one power cut, one labor shortage, and your machined housings stop. You find out when the tracking number does not update, then spend a week hunting for capacity that is already booked.
A single plant, a single port, a single supplier is one failure away from stopping your line. We run three plants, 127 CNC machines and two countries so your parts keep moving when the usual route does not.

Each one is a schedule loss, not a headline.
One lockdown, one power cut, one labor shortage, and your machined housings stop. You find out when the tracking number does not update, then spend a week hunting for capacity that is already booked.
You qualify a backup shop in a hurry. First articles arrive at ±0.05 mm instead of ±0.005 mm, so the mating bore will not seat and the whole lot is scrap. Re-qualifying costs more than the outage did.
Purchase orders, WIP and inspection status live in three spreadsheets. A supplier slips two weeks and the first signal is a missed ship date. By then expediting is the only option left.
One port backlog or one duty change moves landed cost by double digits overnight. Quotes built on last quarter's route stop working, and the program runs at a loss until someone renegotiates.
Two countries, 127 machines, and a documented handoff between them.

Our three wholly-owned plants cover 7,600 m² in Dongguan plus a factory at No.3 Joo Koon Circle, Singapore. Because the same programs, fixtures and inspection routines exist at both locations, a job can be re-routed without redoing first-article approval from zero.
That matters for supply chain shocks that hit one region and not another. A port strike, a power restriction or a customs backlog on one side usually leaves the other side running. We decide the split at quoting time, not after your line goes down.

A disruption rarely stops at machining. It hits the mill that rolls your 7075 plate or the anodizer that handles your housings. We keep qualified routes for aluminium, stainless, steel, copper alloys, titanium and engineering plastics so a single shortage does not freeze the program.
In-house finishing is the other half. Anodizing, plating, powder coating, black oxide, bead blasting and laser marking run through qualified partners we audit, which means we are not waiting on a broker to find a coating line during a shortage.
Pick the row that matches how much downtime your program can absorb.
| Situation | Recommended setup | Why it holds |
|---|---|---|
| Prototype, one-off build | Single-site machining, 3–5 day ship | Fastest path; redundancy adds no value yet |
| Pilot run, 50–500 parts | One primary site, second site quoted | Backup exists on paper before you need it |
| Production, line-stopping part | Dual-site split across China and Singapore | A regional outage hits one side only |
| High-mix, low-volume family | Mill-turn plus 5-axis in one plant | Fewer setups, fewer vendors to coordinate |
| Tight tolerance, mating fits | ±0.005 mm process with 100% inspection | Traceable data on every lot shipped |
| Volatile freight or duty | Two shipping origins, split lots | You choose the cheaper lane per release |
One supplier for the machining, finishing and inspection steps.
16 simultaneous 5-axis centers for contoured parts, impellers and complex housings in one setup.
12 four-axis mills and 27 three-axis machines for prismatic parts, plates and brackets.
16 mill-turn centers handle shaft-and-body parts that would otherwise need two fixtures.
From a single unit to a pilot lot, quoted with free DFM analysis within 12 hours.
Enclosures, chassis and brackets that pair with machined internals.
Anodizing, plating, powder coating, blasting, polishing and laser marking.

Six facts an engineer can check against a purchase order.
Fifteen years of production work, three wholly-owned plants and 150 technicians on the floor.
Tight enough for mating bores and bearing seats, with inspection data to back it.
Quotation and free DFM analysis within 12 hours of receiving your drawings.
Parts ship in 3–5 days, with production starting within 24 hours of approval.
Raw material check, in-process monitoring and final inspection on every lot.
No minimum order quantity, from one prototype to 10,000+ part runs.

Joint housings and link arms need simultaneous 5-axis work and repeatable fits.

Programs run under IATF 16949 with traceable inspection records per lot.

ISO 13485 process control and cleaning-friendly finishes for instrument parts.

Large frames and plates up to 4,000 mm with finishing done in the same chain.
Because programs and fixtures are duplicated between Dongguan and Singapore, the transfer is a scheduling decision rather than a re-qualification project.
Send the drawing set and the current revision. We confirm which site has open capacity and give you a new ship window in the same reply.
No. There is no minimum order quantity, so a backup can start with one part.
That lets you validate a second source with a small order instead of committing to a full production run you may not need.
The same ±0.005 mm (±0.0002 in) as the primary site, because both use the same machine classes and inspection routine.
If your print is looser, say so at quoting. Chasing unnecessary tolerance adds cost and time with no benefit to the assembly.
Aluminium plate, titanium and specialty stainless are the usual bottlenecks, along with anodizing capacity.
We keep qualified routes for 6061-T6, 7075, 304, 316L, 17-4PH, Ti-6Al-4V, Inconel and PEEK so a shortage in one grade does not stop the program.
Every lot goes through raw material check, in-process monitoring and final inspection before shipment.
Reports are available on request. Ask for them at order placement so the format matches what your quality team files.
Yes. Uploads are secure and confidential, and we sign an NDA on request before you release production files.
We work under ISO 27001:2022 information security controls, which covers how files are stored and who can open them.
Machining and finishing run at 3–5 days to ship, with production starting within 24 hours of approval.
Freight is the variable we do not control. Having two shipping origins means you can pick the lane that is actually moving that week.
For one-off prototypes and very low volumes, splitting a job across two sites adds coordination cost for no real risk reduction.
Use one site until the part is on a repeating schedule or the line stops when it is missing. Then split it.
