When Your Supply Chain Costs You More Than Parts

These are the failures we hear from engineers and purchasing teams every week.

01

Quotes That Take a Week

You send prints on Monday. By Friday you still have no DFM feedback and no price. The RFQ clock burns a week before any metal moves. We return a quotation and free DFM analysis within 12 hours, so purchasing can compare real numbers instead of waiting on email threads.

02

Late Deliveries That Cascade

One missed shipment stalls an assembly line and pushes your build date. Your customer starts asking questions. Our historical late-delivery probability is below 2%, and parts ship in 3–5 days once production starts. That keeps your promise dates where you set them.

03

Quality That Varies by Batch

First article passes, then lot three drifts out of tolerance and your incoming inspection starts rejecting. We hold ±0.005 mm on machined features, run 100% inspection before shipment, and inspect raw material, in-process, and final. Reports are available on request.

04

Too Many Suppliers to Manage

Machining from one vendor, finishing from another, castings from a third. Every handoff adds a schedule, a drawing revision, and a phone call. We cover machining, die casting, sheet metal, surface finishing, and 3D printing under one quality system.

Machines That Match the Part, Not the Other Way Around

We run 127 high-precision CNC machines across three wholly-owned plants, with 7,600 m² of manufacturing space and 150 technicians. That mix lets us route a job to the right spindle instead of forcing it onto the only machine available.

Large parts go to a 4,000 mm maximum processing size with 4,000 × 400 × 150 mm travel. Mid-size work runs on 750 × 1,150 × 550 mm and 600 × 600 × 600 mm travels. Tight, complex features go to one of 16 simultaneous 5-axis machining centers, 12 four-axis mills, 16 mill-turn centers, or a Ø400 mm rotary table.

Inspection Written into the Route, Not Bolted On

A supply chain fails when quality depends on who is standing at the machine. We inspect raw material on arrival, monitor dimensions in process, and inspect 100% of parts before shipment. If a feature is drifting, we catch it at the machine, not at your dock.

Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 27001:2022. That covers automotive, medical, and information security requirements in one audit trail. Dimensional and inspection reports are available on request.

What We Manufacture and Finish

Six routes that cover most mechanical part families.

01

5 Axis CNC Machining

16 simultaneous 5-axis centers for contoured surfaces, deep pockets, and multi-face features in one setup. Ideal for aerospace brackets, impellers, and complex housings.

02

CNC Milling & Turning

3-axis, 4-axis, and mill-turn capacity for prismatic parts and shafts. From one prototype to 10,000+ part runs, with no minimum order quantity.

03

Rapid Prototyping

Fast turnaround on first articles so you can test fit and function before committing to a production tool. Free DFM analysis included with every quote.

04

Metal Die Casting

Aluminum die casting in ADC12 and similar alloys, with machined faces and bores finished on our CNC machines afterward. Good for housings and frames at volume.

05

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Brackets, panels, and enclosures cut, formed, and welded, then finished in-house. Keeps a welded assembly on one schedule instead of two.

06

Part Surface Finishing

Anodizing, plating, powder coating, black oxide, bead blasting, brushing, and laser marking. Laser marking holds a 1.5 mm minimum character height.

Numbers Behind the Supply Chain

Six figures that decide whether a program stays on schedule.

12H

Quote and DFM in Half a Day

We return a quotation and free DFM analysis within 12 hours. Your purchasing team gets a comparable number the same day, not next week.

24H

Production Starts Fast

Once the order and drawing are confirmed, production can start within 24 hours. That removes the idle gap between PO and first chip.

3–5D

Parts Ship in Days

Standard machined parts ship in 3–5 days after production. Historical late-delivery probability stays below 2%.

15Y

Fifteen Years in Precision Parts

Founded in 2011, we have run production programs from prototype quantities through 10,000+ part runs across seven industries.

3

Wholly-Owned Plants

Three plants in Dongguan plus a Singapore factory at No.3 Joo Koon Circle. Two regions give you a routing choice for tariff and logistics planning.

FAQs

Supply Chain Questions Engineers Ask

How fast can you quote and start a job?

We return a quotation and free DFM analysis within 12 hours of receiving your files. If you approve the quote and drawing, production can start within 24 hours.

Standard machined parts then ship in 3–5 days. Complex parts with multiple operations or outsourced finishing take longer, and we will state the schedule in the quote rather than leave it open.

What tolerance can you actually hold in production?

We hold ±0.005 mm (±0.0002 in) on machined features where the drawing calls for it. Surface finish ranges from Ra 0.2–0.8 μm for fine work to Ra 1.6–3.2 μm as-machined.

Tolerance choice drives cost and cycle time. If a feature does not need a tight callout, loosening it usually lowers your part price without affecting function.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We run from one prototype to 10,000+ part runs on the same equipment and quality system.

For a first article, we typically machine from billet or plate so you can test fit before committing to tooling. Volume runs move to mill-turn cells or die casting when the geometry suits it.

Which materials and finishes do you handle?

Aluminum (6061-T6, 7075, 5083, ADC12), stainless (303, 304, 316L, 17-4PH), steel (1018, 4140, 4340), copper and brass, titanium (TC4), Inconel, magnesium, and engineering plastics including POM, PEEK, and PC.

Finishing includes anodizing, electroless nickel, zinc, silver and gold plating, powder coating, black oxide, bead blasting, brushing, polishing, and laser marking.

How do you handle confidentiality?

File uploads are secure and confidential. We can sign an NDA on request before you send drawings or CAD data.

Our ISO 27001:2022 certification covers information security management, which matters if you are sending controlled or customer-owned data.

Can you take over an existing part from another supplier?

Yes. Send the current drawing plus any known process notes, and we will confirm whether we can match the specified tolerance, material, and finish.

If the original drawing has gaps, our DFM review will flag them before production. It is cheaper to fix a missing datum or an unclear callout at quote stage than after the first batch.

What inspection do parts receive before shipping?

Raw material is checked on arrival, dimensions are monitored in process, and 100% of parts are inspected before shipment. The qualification rate across production runs is 99.99%.

Dimensional and inspection reports are available on request. If your program requires documented traceability, tell us at RFQ stage so it is built into the route.

Do you ship from China only?

We manufacture in three wholly-owned plants in Dongguan, China, and also operate a factory in Singapore at No.3 Joo Koon Circle, Singapore 629032.

Two regions let you choose a routing that fits your tariff, logistics, and lead-time priorities. We will quote both where it makes sense.
