These Seller Marketplace Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GreatLight’s online platform (the “Marketplace”) as a seller of custom-manufactured parts.
1. Marketplace Role. GreatLight provides a platform that connects customers seeking CNC machined parts with manufacturers. GreatLight is not a party to the transactions between sellers and buyers and is not responsible for fulfilling orders.
2. Account Registration. You must register an account to list your services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
3. Listing and Selling.
- 3.1. You may only list services related to custom manufacturing, specifically CNC machining of parts. The sale of finished, branded robotic systems or other complete machines is prohibited.
- 3.2. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, pricing, lead times, and quality of the parts you manufacture and ship.
- 3.3. All transactions are subject to our separate Supplier Terms or a mutually agreed purchase order.
4. Fees. GreatLight charges a commission fee on completed transactions, which will be detailed in a separate fee schedule. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your sales.
5. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to engage in fraud, misrepresentation, list prohibited items, or infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights.
6. Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Marketplace for any breach of these Terms.
