The floor includes 16 simultaneous 5-axis machining centers, 12 four-axis mills, 27 three-axis machines, and 16 mill-turn centers. Maximum processing size reaches 4,000 mm, with a Ø400 mm rotary table for parts that need multi-face work in one setup.
Every order runs through raw-material verification, in-process monitoring, and final inspection. 100% of parts are inspected before shipment, and dimensional reports are provided on request. Our qualification rate is 99.99%.
That matters when your own incoming inspection is a spot check. If a report is missing or a feature is out of tolerance, we can trace the setup, the operator, and the measuring equipment used.
Tolerance capability reaches ±0.005 mm. Surface finish ranges from Ra 0.2–0.8 μm on fine work to Ra 1.6–3.2 μm as-machined. We are ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 27001:2022 certified.

Keeping finishing in the same flow avoids a second supplier, a second lead time, and a second set of quality documents. Laser marking minimum character height is 1.5 mm.
If you need a part in 24 hours, a domestic shop is usually faster. If the part exceeds 4,000 mm, it is outside our envelope.
If the design is still changing weekly, fix the geometry first. Overseas sourcing pays off when the drawing is stable and the volume is known.
