Urgent CNC Machining and Same-Day Sample Dispatch

When a line is down or a build is blocked, the part is the schedule. Release the drawing before 09:00 China time and single-operation parts leave the plant the same day — with the inspection report in the box.

What We Commit To

Same-day, 24-hour and 48-hour are different promises

The clock starts when the drawing is released, not when the PO is signed. Here is which track your part lands on and what has to be true for the fastest one.

01

Same-day dispatch

Release before 09:00 China time. Single-operation milling or turning, material in stock, no design change after release. Courier cut-off 18:00, tracking sent the same evening.

02

Next-day (24 h)

Release before 18:00. Covers two-operation parts and standard finishing without an external heat-treatment step. Dispatch within 24 hours of release.

03

Two-day (48 h)

Anything that needs anodising, heat treatment or EDM after machining. Finishing is scheduled inside the window instead of adding a second supplier hand-off.

Four conditions that keep the deadline honest

  • ✓Complete file setSTEP or IGES plus a 2D PDF with tolerances, finish and critical features marked.
  • ✓Design frozen at releaseA revision after setup restarts the clock — we tell you before we cut.
  • ✓Material from stock6061, 7075, 304/316L, POM and PEEK are held on site; exotic grades can add 24–48 h.
  • ✓Within our envelope±0.005 mm, parts up to 4,000 mm, five-axis work to 750 × 1,150 × 550 mm.

From Drawing To Dispatch

Five steps, each with a clock on it

Times run from the moment the drawing is released. Nothing is cut until you approve the quote.

01
0:00

Upload and triage

You send STEP/IGES plus the drawing. The urgent desk picks it up and confirms the file is machine-ready.

02
by 2:00

Quote and DFM

Price, lead time and manufacturability flags in writing — including anything that would move the part to a slower track.

03
by 4:00

Material and setup

Bar stock is pulled and cut, fixtures staged, tools loaded on the machine that will run it.

04
until dispatch

Machining and finishing

Single-op parts run in one setup. Multi-op and finishing follow the 24- and 48-hour tracks.

05
before pickup

Inspection and packing

100% inspection against the drawing. Photos and the report go in the box, then the courier scans it.

06
after delivery

Follow-up

If a dimension is challenged on arrival, send the measurement and we will review the inspection data the same day.

Why Urgent Work Lands Here

Capacity that moves, not a queue you jump

01

A dedicated urgent cell

Expedite orders displace capacity across 127 machines and three plants — they do not push another customer's delivery date.

02

16 five-axis centres

Complex geometry finished in one setup. Fewer re-fixtures is fewer hours, and the hours are the deadline.

03

Engineering review before cutting

Wall thickness, tool access and tolerance stack-up are checked at quoting. Catching a mistake at 2:00 beats finding it at 22:00.

04

Inspection inside the lead time

CMM and hand-tool checks run in parallel with packing, not after it. The report ships with the parts.

05

Export paperwork in-house

Dongguan and Singapore shipping points, DHL/FedEx tracked, commercial invoice and packing list prepared the same day.

06

No minimum order

One part runs through the same inspection as a production batch. Most urgent requests we see are single pieces.

Urgent Order FAQs

The questions the urgent desk gets every week

What is the latest I can release an order and still get same-day dispatch?

09:00 China time (UTC+8), Monday to Saturday. That covers single-operation milling or turning with material in stock. Releases after 09:00 go on the 24-hour track, and the quote tells you which track you are on.

How fast is delivery once the part ships?

DHL and FedEx from Dongguan or Singapore: typically 3–5 working days to the US and EU, 2–4 to Southeast Asia, with tracking the day it leaves. If your deadline is tighter than that, say so in the form — we will price a faster service rather than promise one we cannot book.

Do you charge an expedite fee?

Yes, and it appears as a separate line, never hidden in the unit price. The percentage depends on how much capacity has to be re-sequenced, and you see the fee before you approve the order.

What files do you need?

STEP or IGES for geometry, plus a 2D PDF with tolerances, finish and critical features marked. If you only have a sketch, send it — we quote with the assumptions written out. NDAs are signed before upload if you need one.

Can I change the design after the quote?

Before setup, yes: the quote is reissued and the clock restarts. After setup, a revision means re-machining, and we tell you what it costs before we touch the part.

What happens if a part fails inspection?

It does not ship. We remake or refund it, and you receive the inspection data either way. Parts that match the approved drawing are custom-made and are not returnable for change of mind.

Can you machine, finish and pack in one order?

Yes. Anodising, bead blasting, black oxide and polishing run in-house on site, which is why finishing moves a part to the 48-hour track instead of adding a separate supplier.

Do you work with single prototypes?

Yes. There is no minimum order quantity, and one part goes through the same inspection as a production batch.

Ask the urgent desk a question

Stop the clock

A stopped line costs more per hour than the part does

Send the drawing and we will tell you in writing, within two hours, whether the part ships today, tomorrow or in 48 hours — and what it costs either way. No account, no minimum order, no obligation to proceed.
