1. Basic treatment routes for tree parts

The outer circle and the central hole are used as a positioning reference for treatment. This method effectively overcomes the disadvantage of poor rigidity in the positioning of the central hole, especially when processing heavier parts, the positioning of the central hole will cause unstable tightening and the quantity of cut should not be too large. During rough machining, the method of using the external circular surface of the tree and a central hole as a positioning reference can withstand a large cutting torque during machining, which is the most common positioning method For the pieces of the tree.
The third is to use the two external circular surfaces as a positioning reference for treatment. When machining the inner hole in the hollow shaft, the central hole cannot be used as a positioning reference, so that the two external circular surfaces of the tree must be used as a positioning reference. During the machining of the machine-tool pin, the two support journals are often used as a positioning reference, which can effectively ensure the requirement for coaxiality of the cone hole compared to the support journal, and eliminate the errors caused by the non-coincision of the reference.
Finally, the cone cap with a central hole is used as a positioning reference for treatment. This method is most often used in the treatment of the external circular surface of the hollow shaft.
4. Crampting tree parts
The treatment of cone caps and handle mandrels in cone must have high machining precision. The traffic jams or the surface of the cone on the sleeve mandrels of the cone are that it has a high degree of coaxiality with the central hole.
