Label

55° cylindrical tube thread is a non-thread joint tube thread, which is a Wyeth thread family. Rice and thumb systems are widely used. It is used to connect joints and tubes of liquid, gas and pipe installed with wires. National standards can consult GB/T7307-2001. The complete mark is composed of the thread characteristic code (g), the thread size generation number and the average diameter tolerance (the inner thread is omitted and not marked, the outer thread code is a and b) and rotation codes:

A grade, straight rotation and non-sealing cylindrical threaded symbolism with size size is: G3/4A

The labels 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 in the wire refer to the diameter of the wire size and the unit is inch. People inside usually use “Divide” to call the thread size.

The 55° tube thread is a thread sealing tube thread, which belongs to the Wyeth Thread family. This series of wires are widely used around the world and are often used in water and gas pipe industry. The taper is specified as 1:16. The complete mark is composed of thread characteristic code, thread size and rotation codes:

The characteristic code of the cylindrical inner thread of British sealant is RP;

The characteristic code of the British extra-thread sealing cone is R1 (combined with the British sealing cylindrical inner thread))

R2 (combined with UK stash cone internal threads)

The size of the size of 3/4, the British cylindrical inner thread: RP3 / 4 -lh

NPT is a 60 degree cone tube thread that belongs to the American standard, which specifies 1:16. For North America, it is also applied in my country’s machine tool industry and the former Soviet Union. National standards can consult GB/T12716-1991. The characteristic code of American system sealed cone tube thread is NPT;

The standard series of American assumidity wire includes three series: thick tooth (UNC), fine tooth (UNF) and ultra-fine tooth (UNEF), plus a fixed wire distance (UN) series. The complete mark consists of nominal diameter, number of teeth per inch, series code, precision level and test system code: 2-12UN-2A (23) 3 / 4-18UNS

2: The nominal diameter is 2 inches; 12: 12 teeth per time; Calculation method: 1 -inch = 25.4 mm. Converted to rice-made units such as 3/4 × 25.4 = 19.05, that is, the nominal diameter is 19.05 mm.

The common thread of the public system is divided into two types: coarse and fine teeth. Rough ordinary threads are represented by thread code (M) and nominal diameter, such as M10, M16, etc.; M20 × 1.5. The complete signs of the thread are composed of the thread characteristic code and the tolerance band number and the rotating length code, such as M20 × 1.5-6G-S. M: Thread code; 20: Nominal diameter;

The difference between public thread and British thread: public threads are 60 degrees such as edging tooth type, British thread is 55 degrees like tooth type, and American thread is 60 degrees; Public units and British units for British American sons.
