The GreatLight Evolution
1995
GreatLight Metal founded in Chang'an, Dongguan.
1996
Awarded 1st Contact with Funk Transmission - Division of John Deere to produce 25 gears and shafts.
1997
Opened 50,000-sq ft. warehouse facility to service our OEM clients.
2000
Reached a total of over 1,000,000 parts produced for our OEM clients.
2007
Screw Machined Specialities - new division dedicated to manufacturing precision screw machine components.
2010

2012
Awarded contract to produce die casting for ZF Transmission.
2013
Expanded global business into Mexico, with warehouses in Saltillo and Queretaro to support local client deliveries.

Awarded contact with BOS Mexico to produce die casted latch for Tesla program

Awarded contract with Tesla for intricate battery component

Expanded to a 100,000 sq ft warehouse in Dongguan, Guangdong.
