During the Lens Housing screw machining process, there are several operations including precision turning, drilling and vibratory deburring.

In the last step, our Quality Control Team used a Boroscope and specialized inspection fixture to confirm that the holes were clean and worked to tight concentric, parallel and perpendicular tolerances.
